We understand that sometimes things may not be as you imagined, should you have any issues upon receiving your order please contact us at hello@ankoa.com.au within 7 days of receipt, including the details of any product you wish to exchange for. The product must then be returned and received by ANKOA within 14 days. After 30 days of order dispatch, all sales are final.
Returned items must not have been worn or altered in any way. All tags must be attached and the item returned in it's original packaging.
Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs to ANKOA. Original shipping fees are non refundable.
An exchange or credit can be provided on full priced goods (except for those listed below), original shipping fees are non refundable. We don't provide refunds on pieces. Vintage, reworked and preloved items are final sale, non-refundable and non exchangeable.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If notified before goods have been dispatched, we can accommodate order cancellations. If items have been shipped, we reserve the right to refuse order cancellation or charge a cancellation fee should we be able to request the return of the package from our delivery service.
